Shipping Policy
1. Processing time
Orders confirmed before 14:00 (EET, Cairo time) on a working day are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders confirmed after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Custom or bulk quantities may require additional lead time, which will be stated on your quote.
2. Cold-chain handling
Lyophilized peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with gel packs to limit thermal excursion in transit. Lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit; on receipt it should be transferred promptly to −20 °C storage, protected from light.
We recommend scheduling delivery for a day when someone is present to receive and store the shipment. We are not responsible for degradation caused by packages left unattended after successful delivery.
3. Carriers and delivery times
Domestic orders are fulfilled from stock held within Egypt and delivered by Bosta, Mylerz, or Aramex. Estimated delivery times:
- Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia) — 1–2 working days — EGP 60
- Alexandria & Delta governorates — 2–3 working days — EGP 75
- Upper Egypt & remaining governorates — 2–5 working days — EGP 90
Free delivery applies to orders over EGP 3,000, where offered.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is issued by email at dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking to update.
5. Delivery area
We currently deliver to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Buyer is solely responsible for confirming that the Products may lawfully be possessed and used for their intended research purpose at the delivery location. Orders may be declined or cancelled where we believe delivery would be unlawful or inconsistent with our Terms of Sale.
6. Cash on delivery
Where cash on delivery is offered, payment in full is due to the courier at the time of delivery. The courier may open the outer packaging for inspection but not the sealed vials. Refused cash-on-delivery orders may affect eligibility for cash on delivery on future orders.
7. Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report visible damage, shortage, or a missing certificate of analysis within 7 days of delivery to [email protected], including your order number, lot number, and photographs of the packaging and contents.
For shipments showing no carrier movement for 3 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
9. Incorrect address
Buyer is responsible for supplying a complete, accurate delivery address. Reshipment of packages returned due to an incorrect address is subject to a further shipping charge.
